After order confirmation, you will be able to track the status of your order. You will be able to directly cancel your order through your MY PAGE link after ‘Payment Confirmation.’ However, as you will not be able to select specific items to be cancelled, please cancel your entire order and replace with your wanted items.

We are not able to cancel orders that are under ‘Ready to Ship’ or ‘Shipping’ status.
